Strike, Jump, Ride

If you come to Brook Barn for a holiday why not try out some of our fun games? In the garden we have croquet which is always accompanied by accusations of cheating! The stream lies along one side of the lawn and there haven’t been many games when a ball hasn’t landed in the water. We find that a jug of Pimms in the Pagoda eases the pain of losing rather well.

We have bikes for your use so that you can explore the local area; the Ridgeway Walk is close by and the views are spectacular; Letcombe Bassett and Regis are lovely villages with pretty thatched cottages and are well worth cycling through.

In the library you will find backgammon, chess and lots of board games. Enjoy a game of croquet in the garden or take a bike ride along The Ridgeway
