Brook barn is now closed. We are in the process of looking for a bigger and better house that you will all want to come and stay in; this one will have a restaurant serving breakfast, morning coffee, lunch and dinners and afternoon tea will become an event no-one will want to miss!

Gloriously produced, clean stylish and understated...From the first ... Simple and uncomplicated arrival immeadiately friendly and into the Bullpen. Just what was required, white and Fresh. Nothing was missing, the service unobtrusive but easy all little touches there. Quiet apart fromthe divine ducks and chickens..total privacy..what more do you need. The food was delicious without pretentions and the ability to be totaly unhassled by too much attention was nigh on perfect. Felt very comfortable and at ease with lolloing around. Simply Wonderful.....!!!
Came across the Brook Barn by accident on booking.com when looking for a decent hotel / B&B in the south Oxford area. What a find!! A little off the beaten track and not the easiest place to find but well worth the effort. The rooms are excellent, with wonderful little touches; like Rombouts coffee, biscuits, sweeties and fruit. There's an honesty bar and the common lounge and dining room are wonderfully set, The roaring fire just finishes it all off.

Perfect hideaway
Brook Barn is a wonderful hotel in an amazing location. We stayed in the Hayloft Suite where every detail is thought of. Beautifully clean, wonderfully stylish and very peaceful. The food is wonderful; locally sourced and prepared to the highest standards.
Staff are incredibly welcoming and thoughtful with first class service at all times. Very friendly without imposing on your time or space.
