The house was originally two barns incorporating stables, bull pen and a hayloft. It has been converted into a stunning country house retaining many of the original beams.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with Egyptian cotton linen and towels, televisions with Freeview/Satellite and CD/DVD player. There is WiFi throughout the house.

The garden has the stunning Letcombe Brook running through it and is the perfect place for that early evening drink or a peaceful wander before dinner.

Brook Barn is just 30 minutes from the beautiful Cotswolds and just 25 minutes from historic Oxford.

What a find! This is somewhere you won't want to tell your friends about, but keep a secret all for yourself - it’s too nice to share! We were looking for a nice place to stay when we visited Blenheim Palace for my birthday and stumbled on this hotel/b&b on a hotel search engine and from the reviews thought it looked lovely.
